Cancellation Policy

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC does not refund ANY funds back to our customers for any credit freedom cancellations. However, we do allow ONE free appointment rescheduling for our customers' convenience. The requirements are as follows: once an initial payment is made for the date and time slot of the customer's choice, they have the option to change the date and time. This can be done by contacting our company at (888) 299-9672 or customersupport@pathwaytocreditfreedom.net at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Our customers must contact us THREE days prior to the initial scheduled paid appointment for any appointment rescheduling. Once the new appointment is set, the customer MUST be available for it. If our customer does NOT reach out to us THREE days before the first initial appointment to change the date and time, there will be NO option to schedule a new second appointment. Please note, there will be NO OTHER NEW APPOINTMENTS made if the customer cancels the SECOND initial scheduled appointment. If the customer wishes to pay for another NEW appointment after the first and second initial scheduled appointments, he or she can do so by visiting the Appointment section of our website and paying for a new service at www.pathwaytocreditfreedom.net © COPYRIGHT.
