Welcome to Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC (“Pathway To Credit Freedom,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, client portal, educational materials, consultations, credit-related services, and other products or services offered by Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC.

By accessing our website, submitting information, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, or entering into a service agreement with Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, subject to all rights provided to you by applicable law.

1. OUR SERVICES

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC provides credit education, credit consulting, credit-report review, dispute-support services, credit-related education, ChexSystems-related assistance, debt-related education and consulting, tax-related services, and other financial education or administrative services as specifically described in the applicable service agreement or service description.

The exact services provided to a client will be determined by the service purchased and the written agreement applicable to that service.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC does not guarantee:

A specific credit score;
A specific increase in credit score;
Removal of any particular account or item;
Deletion of accurate, complete, current, or verifiable information;
Approval for a mortgage;
Approval for an automobile loan;
Approval for a credit card;
Approval for personal or business credit;
Approval for housing or rental applications;
A particular interest rate;
A particular lending decision; or
Any specific financial result.

Every client’s situation is different. Results depend on information maintained by consumer reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, lenders, government agencies, and other third parties, as well as the client’s own financial conduct.

3. ACCURATE CREDIT INFORMATION

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC does not knowingly assist clients in providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

We do not promise or represent that accurate and current negative information can simply be removed from a consumer’s credit report.

Our services may assist clients in identifying and addressing information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unverifiable, or otherwise appropriate to dispute.

Clients are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information;
Provide requested documentation;
Respond to communications within a reasonable period;
Review documents provided by the Company;
Notify the Company of changes to contact information;
Maintain any required third-party credit-monitoring service;
Follow applicable instructions provided by the Company;
Make all payments that are lawfully due under the applicable agreement;
Avoid providing fraudulent or misleading information; and
Communicate respectfully with Company representatives.

Failure to provide requested information or cooperate with the service process may delay or prevent completion of services.

5. SERVICE TIMELINES

Any timeframe communicated by Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC is an estimate unless a specific timeframe is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

Credit bureaus, creditors, furnishers, lenders, government agencies, and other third parties operate independently from Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC.

The Company cannot control how quickly a third party reviews, verifies, updates, removes, or responds to information.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All service prices, payment arrangements, subscriptions, packages, promotional pricing, and applicable fees will be disclosed before the client becomes obligated to purchase the applicable service.

For services governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”), Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC will comply with all applicable federal requirements concerning when payment may lawfully be collected.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes the Company to collect a payment that federal or state law prohibits the Company from collecting.

7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

For services covered by CROA, consumers have a federal right to cancel the applicable contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after the contract is signed.

The required Notice of Cancellation will be provided with the applicable contract.

This statutory cancellation right cannot be waived by a client agreement.

8. NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THE APPLICABLE CANCELLATION PERIOD.

Except where a refund is expressly required by federal or state law, Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC’s written service agreement, or an express written guarantee offered by the Company, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE APPLICABLE CANCELLATION PERIOD.

A client is not entitled to a refund merely because:

The client changes their mind;
The client decides not to continue;
The client does not achieve the result they expected;
The client’s credit score does not increase;
A disputed item is verified;
An account is not removed;
A lender declines an application;
A client does not qualify for a loan;
A client does not qualify for a credit card;
A client does not qualify for housing;
The client fails to respond to communications;
The client fails to provide requested documentation;
The client fails to maintain required monitoring;
The client fails to follow recommendations; or
The client becomes dissatisfied with the outcome.

Nothing in this section eliminates any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, bundles, sales, referral offers, and other special offers are subject to the terms disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

Promotional pricing does not create a separate refund right.

Any promotional agreement requiring a client to satisfy specific conditions must be completed according to those conditions.

10. RECURRING SERVICES

Where a service is offered on a recurring basis, the applicable service agreement will explain the recurring payment terms and cancellation procedure.

Cancellation of a recurring service stops future services or charges as provided by the applicable agreement and law.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for services that were lawfully completed or charges that were lawfully earned before cancellation.

11. MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice when rescheduling.

Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend may affect the client’s ability to schedule future appointments.

A missed appointment does not automatically create a right to a refund.

12. CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Clients may be contacted by telephone, email, text message, client portal, or other communication methods provided by the Company for purposes related to their account, services, appointments, documents, payments, or other business matters.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate communication preferences and applicable law.

13. PRIVACY

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC takes reasonable measures to protect client information.

Client information will be handled according to the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Clients should use the Company’s designated secure methods when submitting sensitive documents or information.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Company may provide access to, information about, or referrals to third-party products or services.

Third-party companies operate independently from Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC.

The Company is not responsible for a third party’s products, services, policies, fees, decisions, availability, performance, or actions.

15. WEBSITE CONTENT

Website information is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Although Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC attempts to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, promotions, descriptions, educational materials, or other information will always be current, complete, or error-free.

Prices and promotions may change without notice unless otherwise required by an applicable agreement or law.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Company branding, logos, written content, graphics, documents, educational materials, videos, templates, website content, and other proprietary materials belong to Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC or its respective licensors.

No client may reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Company materials without written authorization.

17. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Clients may not:

Provide fraudulent information;
Misrepresent their identity;
Submit information they know to be false;
Attempt to access another client’s account;
Copy or distribute proprietary Company materials without permission;
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse Company representatives;
Use Company services for unlawful purposes; or
Interfere with Company systems or website operations.

The Company may take appropriate action when prohibited conduct occurs, subject to applicable law and the client’s contractual rights.

18. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Services may be terminated according to the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Where permitted by law, the Company may suspend or terminate services for material breach of contract, fraudulent conduct, abusive or threatening behavior, failure to provide required information, or failure to make lawfully owed payments.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Company’s website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the Company’s website with an updated effective date.

Changes to an existing signed service agreement will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be interpreted under applicable federal law and, to the extent not preempted or otherwise prohibited, the laws of the State of Texas.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable to a client’s state of residence will continue to apply where required by law.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The applicable signed Service Agreement, Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure, Notice of Cancellation, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, invoice, promotional terms, and other required disclosures collectively govern the client’s relationship with Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC.

Where a conflict exists, applicable law and mandatory consumer protections will control.

Pathway To Credit Freedom is not liable to obtain your credit score or provide further assistance without full payment made on our company's website or by phone. We cannot contact any credit agencies or credit bureaus to help change your credit score or dispute any information without full payment made through our company website or by calling us. Pathway To Credit Freedom reserves all rights to change documentation and payment methods.

Pathway To Credit Freedom prohibits any reselling of its PDF documentation or altering any material provided by our team advisors. Any violations may result in fines of $1,000 or more or even legal action. Pathway To Credit Freedom also adheres to the FCRA law and state guidelines regarding the lawful use of these documents.

We strictly forbid racism, racist comments, sexual misconduct, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, spam calls, spam emails, and unauthorized promotions. Pathway To Credit Freedom will disable and remove any customer or client involved in these unlawful acts. During scheduled appointments with our team advisors, respect must be shown to all parties involved. We kindly request the same respect in return.

Pathway To Credit Freedom lists all prices according to the requirements and requests outlined on our company website. We provide additional legal information, including our terms and conditions, return and refunds policy, cancellations, and privacy policy on the website. Pathway To Credit Freedom is committed to effectively finding solutions to accommodate our customers' needs. Please note, once you make any payment to Pathway To Credit Freedom, you must sign a contract. If payment is received and services are ongoing or have been started or completed, you remain under Pathway To Credit Freedom's policies and conditions, even without signing the contract. We maintain constant communication with all our customers and clients.

Pathway To Credit Freedom provides updates for products, promotions, and any additional features or services on our company's website.
