REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: JULY 1, 2025

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC operates under a NO-REFUND POLICY.

Once the applicable cancellation period has expired, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable federal or state law or expressly provided in a written agreement signed by Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC.

IMPORTANT LEGAL EXCEPTION

For credit-repair services covered by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”), consumers have the right to cancel the applicable contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after the contract is signed.

This legally required cancellation right cannot be waived or eliminated by this policy.

AFTER THE CANCELLATION PERIOD

After the applicable cancellation period expires, all purchases are considered final.

No refund will be issued because a client:

Changes their mind;
Decides not to continue;
Is dissatisfied with the process;
Does not receive the credit-score increase they expected;
Does not have an account removed;
Has an account verified;
Does not qualify for a loan;
Does not qualify for a mortgage;
Does not qualify for a credit card;
Does not qualify for financing;
Fails to provide requested documents;
Fails to respond to Company communications;
Fails to maintain required monitoring;
Fails to follow instructions or recommendations; or
Experiences a result different from what they expected.

NO GUARANTEED CREDIT RESULTS

Pathway To Credit Freedom LLC does not guarantee a particular credit score, deletion of a specific account, approval for financing, mortgage approval, loan approval, or any other specific financial outcome.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional pricing, sales, discounts, bundles, coupons, referral offers, and special pricing are subject to their stated terms.

Promotional offers do not create a refund right unless expressly stated in writing.

RECURRING SERVICES

If a client is enrolled in a recurring service, the client may cancel future services according to the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Cancellation of future services does not automatically result in a refund of amounts lawfully earned or services lawfully completed before cancellation.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested documentation, and timely responses.

Failure to participate does not create an automatic right to a refund.

REFUND REQUESTS

Any request for a refund will be reviewed for compliance with the applicable contract and federal and state law.

Requests may be submitted through the Company’s official contact information.

The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that are not required by law or the applicable written agreement.

BY PURCHASING SERVICES, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS NO-REFUND POLICY AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS, SUBJECT TO ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS PROVIDED BY LAW.
